The closing date for 2013 entries will be Sunday 6th October and this year's ceremony will be held on Friday 6th December at The Atlantic Hotel, Newquay.
Please download the ‘Guide to Applicants’ form below. After reading through this,you will need to prepare a brief report answering the questions related to the category for which you are applying (found on pages 4, 5 & 6 of the guidance). Please use our new online Application form to apply, you can save as you go and return to your application form as many times as you like before submitting. Please do not send any PR material, brochures or your environment policy as these will not be accepted as applications.
